A website with no CMS: the client edits it by chat on WhatsApp

The Problem
A busy Dublin wedding and corporate magician on a Wix site that was slow to change and did not show the guest reactions that sell his act. He had no time for calls, tickets, design reviews or a CMS.
What I Did
A Next.js site with no CMS. Jamie edits it by chat on WhatsApp. A bot called SKELTRON reads his messages, voice notes and photos. It makes each change, tests it on phone and desktop, merges it and sends Jamie the live link. Each bot message starts with a robot emoji, and Dan still steps in himself. Every photo and reel goes into a private media library first, so the agents can find the right shot before they ask Jamie.
Outcome
Live in about 23 hours from the first commit. 2 days later the site had 167 pages, up from 12. They include 109 video watch pages, 12 venue pages, 24 wedding stories and 7 corporate pages. 65 pull requests merged on 27 Oct alone, most of them live 15 to 40 minutes after Jamie asked. Every old Wix URL has a 308 redirect, so the search history carried over.
