Section 172(1) statement web pageUnquoted companies must publish the section 172(1) statement on a website they maintain and are named on. Access, and a hard copy, must be free. The statement stays up until the next year's statement appears. If none is due, it stays until the next financial year ends. Pillar 3 disclosure archive pageUnder CRR Article 434, institutions other than small and non-complex ones submit Pillar 3 information to the EBA electronically. The EBA runs the single access point and the archive. A firm may still publish a standalone report on its own site and link to the data hub.Checked 2026-09-01
School annual admission notice page (Ireland)Irish schools must publish the annual admission notice on a publicly available school website. The board publishes it at least one week before applications open. It sets the application open and close dates, the decision date, the acceptance deadline, and the number of places. NHS quality account publication pageThe rules set 30 June after the reporting year ends. By that date the provider publishes the account on a website. The provider also sends a copy to the Secretary of State. The regulation names NHS Choices first, but nhs.uk no longer accepts uploads. Local government transparency code publication pageThe Local Government Transparency Code 2015 sets what an English council must publish. Named items must sit on the council website. Quarterly: spend over £500 and contracts over £5,000, within one month of quarter end. Annually: land, senior salaries, pay multiple. Parish councils up to £25,000 turnover follow the smaller-authority code. The 2015 Code catches parish councils only above £200,000.Checked 2026-09-01
Public sector accessibility statement (UK)UK public sector bodies must publish an accessibility statement on the website, in the model statement format. Regulation 4 excludes broadcasters, most non-governmental organisations, and schools except for essential admin functions. The statement names what is not accessible, why, the alternatives, and where to report problems. Review it after major changes, and at least once a year.Checked 2026-09-01
Public sector accessibility statement page (Ireland)Irish public sector bodies must publish a detailed accessibility statement on their websites, and keep it updated. Public service broadcasters and some NGOs sit outside the Regulations. It must follow the EU model in Decision 2018/1523 and sit in an accessible format. It names a compliance status, lists non-accessible content, and links a feedback route plus statutory redress provisions.Checked 2026-09-01
FOI publication scheme page (Ireland)Section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 makes every Irish FOI body prepare and publish a publication scheme. The state model groups the content under six standard headings on the body's own website. Protected disclosures policy and reporting channel page (Ireland)An Irish employer with 50 or more employees must run internal reporting channels. Public bodies must, at any size. Some Annex-listed sectors also have no threshold. The page names the recipient and the report routes. It states the 7-day acknowledgement and the 3-month feedback. Modern slavery statement pageSection 54(7) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 applies if the organisation has a website. The statement goes on that website. A link must sit in a prominent place on the homepage. Home Office guidance says publish within six months of the financial year end. Bilingual Irish-language public body websiteNo Irish law names a public body website on its own. The duties reach it sideways. Since 21 December 2024 a body must reply in the language used, including email and social media. Information and marketing emails must be Irish or bilingual. Resident engagement and building safety information pageThe principal accountable person must prepare a residents engagement strategy for each occupied higher-risk building. Give a copy to every resident aged 16 or over and to every unit owner. Consult for at least 3 weeks after the first issue. Consult again after a revision, unless it follows a consultation. Charity governance and compliance page (Ireland)Irish registered charities file an annual report with the Charities Regulator within 10 months of the financial year end. That report declares compliance with the Charities Governance Code. No statute names a governance page. Section 46(7) sets what a registered charity must state. Clinical trial recruitment micrositeA recruitment microsite is marketing. The legal record is the registry entry. In the US, an applicable trial must be registered within 21 calendar days of the first participant enrolling. In the EU, sponsors submit through CTIS. An IRB reviews and approves recruitment advertising. FDA guidance exempts a listing that carries only basic trial information.Checked 2026-09-01
Construction phase project website dutiesSome construction consents require a project website. Westminster's Code of Construction Practice makes one mandatory for Level 1 projects. Level 1 means 100 or more homes, or 10,000 sqm or more. The website must stay updated for the works and carry a QR-code link on hoardings. County or local area development plan micrositeAn Irish planning authority must publish its development plan review notice on its own website and in a newspaper. The site must carry the draft plan, the environmental report, the submissions and the chief executive's report. Each item has its own statutory window. ESEF iXBRL annual financial report publicationEU regulated-market issuers must publish the whole annual financial report as one XHTML file. Where the report holds IFRS consolidated statements, tag them in Inline XBRL. Primary statements get detailed tags. Notes get block tags for financial years starting 1 January 2022. Charity fundraising appeal page rules (Ireland)Charities Act 2009 section 46(7) applies to all public documents, including the internet. A registered charity must state there that it is a registered charitable organisation. The Charities (Amendment) Act 2024 adds the Register name and the registration number, after a commencement order. Street and door appeals also need a Garda collection permit.Checked 2026-09-01
Gender pay gap report pageIreland and the UK both require the report on the employer's own website. Employees and the public must be able to reach it. Part 8 local authority scheme pagePart 8 covers a council's own development. The council publishes a newspaper notice and erects a site notice. Plans and particulars stay open for inspection for at least 4 weeks. Submissions close at least 2 weeks after that. Community benefit fund site for a RESS projectA RESS project's fund site carries the annual grant round and the annual report. The May 2025 Rulebook says the generator should publicise that report on its own corporate website. SEAI also publishes it on the public Register. Solvency II SFCR publication pageEU insurers and reinsurers must publish a solvency and financial condition report each year. Article 301 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 puts it on the firm's own website, if it has one. It must stay there for five years. The current deadline is 14 weeks after financial year end. Statutory inquiry or commission of investigation websiteA UK statutory inquiry publishes under the Inquiries Act 2005. The Minister sets terms of reference before the setting-up date. The chairman must take reasonable steps so the public can attend and view evidence. The report goes out in full, minus material lawfully withheld. UK pension scheme public disclosure website (SIP, implementation statement, chair's statement)UK trustees of schemes with 100 or more members must put the SIP on a public website, free of charge. No login, no registration, no personal details. Search engines must be able to index the page. The implementation statement and the chair's statement extracts go alongside. Website archive and takedown rulesClosure ends the project, not the record. Under Interreg Europe rules, supporting documents stay five years from 31 December of the last payment year. Most teams take the live site down and keep a dated static capture. Retention length depends on the funder and the sector.Checked 2026-09-01
